Our established good relationship with the customs authorities can help even the more complex deals to carry out smoothly and quickly.

During the decades of our existence we have established a good relationship with the customs clearance authorities. This enables us to

  • complete more and more complex deals and
  • to carry out customs clearance smoothly and quickly.

Harmonisation with the customs clearance authorities happens when an authority, like Account Management  of  Finance Guard requires that our client, as a foreign trade company has to make statutory reports or records.

In some cases getting informed about some of these obligations is difficult, because

Official inspections at the foreign trade companies can also cause problems. The authorities require records, reports, which accountants are not adequately competent to prepare since their preparation requires customs clearance expertise.

We do statutory statistical reports and- on requesting- we participate in the official inspections.

We have to tell though that we would be happy to carry out preliminary checks before (so-called  customs audit) the authorities do, since replacement of the missing documentation may spare our client a lot of needless expenses and penalty charges (it is of the order of the million-ten million even in the case of medium size companies).
